At Luli Fama Miami, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags and hygienic liners attached, then place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
